Frequently Asked Questions

Finding the right company to perform your extensive and detailed fabrication requests can be a project within itself. We aim to take the leg work out of it for you by creating a streamlined project timeline and pricing model that you can be confident in.

We’ve put together a few of the common questions we receive from our clients and prospects alike. If you cannot find the answer to your questions, please reach out to us on with the Contact Form below.

What kind of clients do you work with?

We work with small, medium, and large businesses across the public and private sectors within the United States and abroad.  Most of our large customers have had accounts with us for more than 20 years.  The majority of our customers are repeat business.

What is your turn around time?

It varies based on the complexity and size of the project.  We strive to prepare most proposals within 3 business days for normal fabrications.  More complex projects require site visits, possibly sub-contractors, field dimensioning, and modeling so they require more time.  Emergency fabrications during plant outages are turned around based on the customer’s requirements typically within 12 to 24 hours.

What is your pricing model?

We build our proposal based on weights and quantities of materials, fabrication labor, and installation manpower and schedule.  We continuously analyze our costs and efficiencies to provide the best methods for manufacturing and field installations.
